We are working very hard on our Culture Change Toolkit.

Part one is a day club manual which will comprise of a service development model and a process for moving through change. It should be ready by early 2016

Some of the other resources will include:-
  • Activities to engage consumers, families, leaders and staff
  • Surveys and questionnaires
  • ‘How to’ sheets
  • Templates and sample documents
  • Quality improvement checklists

Part 2 and 3 of the manual will be aimed at home care and assessment services…watch this space!
